A radically different
approach to psychometric
evaluation techniques

Our algorithm has enabled a new approach to assessing individuals in the corporate setting.

In a radically different approach to current psychometric evaluation techniques, The Cambridge Code provides a complementary online tool examining areas that are often under-represented in the corporate human capital space.

POTENTIAL . DRIVE . RISK . FIT

The cost of hiring the wrong person is very high in the corporate world. Making better decisions during the recruitment stage as well as gaining a better understanding of existing employees is key. The Cambridge Code looks at the Potential, Drive, Risk and Fit of individuals within a corporate setting. These elements are often not well understood because they are seen as intangible and difficult to measure with existing psychometric assessment tools. But they are critical to an organisation.

The Cambridge Code provides a unique cost-effective and fast online tool to companies who want to improve their recruitment and assessment capability.

ABOUT

Looking at the individual and not the norm.

A team of Doctors and researchers from Cambridge University have developed The Cambridge Code after analysing and tracking nearly 10,000 international high-flyers and building an online tool that encapsulates what you cannot see or tell at interview.

WHAT WE LOOK AT

Proven to uncover the subconscious latent potential of both growth and risk that are present in all candidates but lie beyond the reach of established psychological measurement. The results identify risk that lies behind even the best interviews across all industry sectors at all levels.

METHODOLOGY

This model of understanding the way in which people respond in organisations is based on 75 years of combined experience with people and data, more than 10,000 corporate interviews and over 6,000 psychoanalytic sessions.  This is integrated with centuries-old paradigms as well as cutting edge developments in modern psychotherapeutic practice.

"The Cambridge Code integrates dozens of well-evidenced theories of the way human beings relate to one another based on conscious and subconscious thought"

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT

The focus is on the individual as a unique entity and not as part of a population norm

The model looks at important characteristics and risks that are not available with alternative models

It is not behavioural but relational. It identifies the reasons why people behave as they do rather than just reporting on the resultant behaviours

It is an assessment tool, not a measurement tool

It is not psychometric but psychoanalytical
